A table knife for your dining experience, the No.1 Knife from Nuz features a rounded tip making it ideal for buttering bread while the sharp edge easily slices through meats, potatoes and vegetables. The blade of the knife is crafted from Swedish carbon steel, which is produced from recycled saw blades while the handle is crafted from American Ash wood and is sourced from an FSC-certified supplier. Three brass rivets hold together the blade and the handle, producing a simple design that suits any dining room and kitchen.

- Hand wash your knife in warm, soapy water and dry thoroughly.
- Never put your Nuz knife in the dishwasher.
- Lay the blade flat on a chopping board and use a Scotch-Brite scouring pad to gently clean away any surface rust that develops.
- Oil the blade with a small amount of olive, vegetable, or mineral oil occasionally to build a protective layer against rust.
