Hōhepa
Hōhepa is a New Zealand-based service provider established for the curative education and social therapy of children, young persons and adults with intellectual disabilities. The candle workshop is one of several spaces at Hohepa where people can learn and master handcrafts. It is an environment of warmth and colour coupled with a supportive and measured working pace which engages and supports people in their physical and emotional well-being. Crafted with care to ensure quality, these beautiful beeswax candles are made in very small runs - from 100% local and natural beeswax, recycled packaging and unbleached cotton wicks.
