Oversized items incur an additional $20 charge for rural delivery within New Zealand. Orders containing multiple oversized items may incur further charges, which will be assessed individually. If you’re unsure whether your address is considered rural, feel free to contact us and we’ll check with our courier. All parcels are sent with signature required; if you’d prefer delivery without a signature, let us know and we’ll pass this on to the driver.

If you’d like to order an oversized item or multiple large pieces, please get in touch so we can help determine the best shipping option. International orders typically arrive within 14 days, though delays may occur if parcels are held by customs. Customs requirements vary by country, and additional charges may be applied in transit; these are outside of our control once the parcel leaves our store. We can only ship to physical addresses and are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Some countries are currently unavailable for shipping. U.S.A Shipping Updates
From February 24, 2026, the United States introduced a 10% import duty on most goods, replacing previous tariffs. This is a temporary measure expected to last up to 150 days.
As a result, a 10% charge will apply to most orders for U.S. customers. This fee will be invoiced separately after your order is placed.
