The Vrou throw is woven from South African grown cotton on a big wide width loom at the Mungo Mill in South Africa. 'Vrou,' is the Afrikaans word for 'lady' and was made to emulate feminine strength, beauty, and versatility. The cotton is light and breathable for use all year round. Though named a throw, the Vrou is a full-sized blanket - usable at the end or to cover the surface of a bed, but also great to lay as a picnic blanket.
