Journal // Lake Hawea Station
The historic high country station nestled on the eastern shoreline of Lake Hāwea and underneath the Grandview mountain range, is a station that is chipping away at the goal of becoming leaders in carbon and biodiversity, with an approach to farming sheep and beef that puts the ecosystem first. We stopped in to explore and discovered some of our products integrated into the daily rituals of Lake Hāwea Station life.
