Basic Terms of Service from your team at www.everyday-needs.com.
By placing an order with Everyday Needs, you express your understanding and agreement that you are bound by these Terms as below.
We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted.
Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form.
Items will then be dispatched once payment has been received. For more information regarding delivery dates and times please refer to the shipping section below.
Please note www.everyday-needs.com has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country and for which you may be liable.
All pricing at www.everyday-needs.com are given in New Zealand Dollars ($NZD) and are shown inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax).
We accept payment by credit card (MasterCard and Visa) via PayPal.
We do not record your credit card details and it is a trusted and secure gateway for online payment.
All credit card and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by us and our bank to maintain security and prevent fraud.
We will endeavour to send out your order the same day within New Zealand and Australia via Courier post, - if your order is placed before 2pm, otherwise the following business day.
We currently ship to these 2 countries only.
Our Returns Policy
We happily accept returns on full-priced items that are in their original condition (With Swing tickets attached - in new, unused, unworn, unwashed condition) for an exchange, credit or refund.
Sale items can be returned for a credit or exchange only.

Please send your returns back within 7 days after of receiving your order.
Exchange is subject to availability and we recommend submitting your request via email ASAP to arrange the exchange.
Returns and exchanges received outside of the above time frame will not be accepted,
A credit may be supplied subject to our assessment, and at our discretion.

Please be in touch within 48 hours of receiving your order with your return information, - We will provide instruction from here.
For all exchanges, we will happily deliver the new item to you at our cost, once we have received your returned item.

All items need to be returned to us within 7 days from date of your parcel delivery and costs of return are at the expense of the customer.
Once the item has been received they will undergo a quality review and once cleared,
you will either receive your new items (for exchange), or a refund on the cost at purchase directly to the credit card or PayPal account used for the purchase. Someone from Everyday Needs will contact you to confirm this. If there are signs that the item has been worn, damaged or it is not up to saleable quality we reserve the right to refuse the return and will communicate with you around this.
Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you.
the team at Everyday Needs takes special care to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before delivering to you.
All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed subject to general wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
Returns of faulty items must be returned within 7 days from the date of you parcel delivery.
We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available.
If we do not have a replacement available we will arrange a credit to the value of the purchase made, doing our best to keep you very happy.
Privacy and Security
We collect customer information so that we can process your orders as efficiently as possible.
All your information is kept secure and we will not disclose or share this information to other parties under any circumstances.
We do not record credit card details; all credits cards are processed use payment express and Shopify, which uses the latest SSL technology to keep your information safe.
Payments can also be chosen by the customer to be processed by PayPal - which uses the latest SSL technology to keep your information safe.
Joining the Everyday Needs mailing list is optional, and we recommend it !
It will allow us to keep you up to date with the latest information around new developments with Everyday Needs product.
If you have signed up to our mailing list and would like to unsubscribe simply email us with unsubscribe in the subject area, and we shall remove you from the list.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully and you will not receive marketing emails from us just because you have placed an order in the past. Unless you want to receive our newsletter of course! You'll also be asked if you want to sign up if you place an order. Click here to sign up. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent or it is directly relevant to an order you have placed. The type of information we will collect about you includes: your name, address and email address. These are collected by Shopify for the strict intention of processing your order and will not be used for any other purpose, nor will they be disclosed to a third party. As DPS processes all payments, we have no access to any credit card numbers or bank details at any point.
Customs Charges on International Orders
Title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. When ordering from EverydayNeeds, you are considered the “importer of record” and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Depending on the destination you may have to pay additional taxes or import duties. EverydayNeeds will not be held responsible for any additional taxes or duties incurred by your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information.
