Returns

Please make considered choices when purchasing our items as we do not offer refunds, unless the item is faulty. Please see below for faulty items procedure. Sale items cannot be returned. 

We will provide store credit for items returned in original condition and packaging within 14 days of purchasing.

For all store credit / exchanges please email studio@everyday-needs.com  

Please send your returns back within 7 days after of receiving your order. 

Exchange cards are available for gift purchases. These are redeemable within 60 days of original purchase.

All discounted sales are final and are not eligible for refund or store credit. This includes any discounts gained from promotional codes, in store and or online sales, flash sales or any other form of discount.

 

Returns Process
 

For all returns if you can please be in touch with studio@everyday-needs.com. All items need to be returned to us promptly and costs of return are at the expense of the customer.

Once the item has been received they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will either receive your new items (for exchange), or we can apply a credit to your account using a voucher code. Everyday Needs will contact you to confirm this. If there are signs that the item is not up to saleable quality we reserve the right to refuse the return and will communicate with you around this.

Faulty Items
 

The team at Everyday Needs takes special care to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before delivering to you. In the unlikely event of a faulty item being received in unacceptable condition we will of course replace the item at our cost. Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed subject to general wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Returns of faulty items must be returned promptly. Please email us so we can know to keep a replacement item aside for you.

We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If we do not have a replacement available we will arrange a credit to the value of the purchase made, doing our best to keep you very happy.
