Below are the precautions we are taking and monitoring in our Ponsonby store as per the current COVID-19 restrictions for retailers in Auckland.
1. Our maximum capacity in-store is 4 people at any one time. Customers and Visitors and Staff must maintain social distancing of 2 meters apart while browsing and queuing.
2. We provide free disposable medical-grade face masks at the entrance of our store, along with hand sanitiser. Please wear a mask and sanitise on your way in.
3. There are visible QR codes at the entrance and throughout the store for you to scan in using the COVID tracer app. There are also sign in forms provided alongside a discreet slip box if you prefer this method.
4. Appointments are available to book HERE if you would like to secure a guaranteed time slot to visit us in store. Booking durations available are: 10 minutes, 20 minutes and 30 minutes.
