Hasami Porcelain is made in Nagasaki prefecture, a region that has been manufacturing ceramics on a large scale for nearly 400 years. Hasami has been in business for a decade under the creative direction of Tortoise General Store founder, Takuhiro Shinomoto. The brand launched with a line of distinctive dinnerware, all free of ornamentation and modularly designed to fit together in different combinations.
