As part of the launch of our new paint range, we are happy to introduce Hanna Lacey of Drikolor.Hanna has worked closely with curator of the range, Katie Lockhart, to formulate the pigments of Everyday Needs Colour.

Hanna shared with us her favourites from the Everyday Needs offering.

01 Self watering planter in Green // $39

This planter is a great colour and size, plus I'm completely sold on it being self watering.

02 Olio teapot // $119

I don't think I've ever used a teapot but this one has persuaded me to start.

03 Sori Yanagi salad servers // $103

I love the shape of these; the handles are quite short with a big serving area. They almost look like a Giant's spoon and fork, wich amuses me.

04 Carl Auböck brass bookends // $416.50

What's not to love? Shiny, heavy and sculptural. Carl Auböck is one of my favourite designers.

05 Everyday Needs Colour in Bleecker St // $60

I was very happy when Katie brought in a minute chip of paint in this green to put in the range. It reminds me of the leafy green you often see painted on windows and doors of terrace houses in East London.
