All orders are shipped from New Zealand. When checking out the shipping price for your order will be displayed before you confirm payment. The shipping cost of all international orders will be determined by your region, and the individual weights of each product. Below are shipping prices for up to 3kg, shipping costs on heavier orders will be calculated according to current NZ Post rates which will be displayed before you confirm payment. Most of our items are very light; for your convenience heavier items are noted in their individual product descriptions. Please note that an order of multiple units may cause your shipping rate to increase. PO box delivery is available to selected regions only. Please note these prices are for courier which we advocate customers use for their security and peace of mind. If you would like us to quote you the price for airmail, which does not have the same security benefits but is considerably more economical, please contact us.

We will email you a confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can expect that items will usually arrive at their destination within the time frame specified. However, as New Zealand Post does not directly control all parts of the delivery chain, they cannot guarantee that your item will always reach its destination within the delivery target. Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not happy with your goods from Everyday Needs please contact us immediately. If the product is faulty we will gladly replace the product. If the product is out of stock we will refund your money or offer you a credit. EverydayNeeds needs to be notified within 7 days of receiving the goods. If you change your mind, exchanging goods is at the discretion of EverydayNeeds. You will require proof of purchase to return or exchange the product. If the product has been damaged in transit, please let us know immediately and we will contact the courier company directly to sort out any claims. Send your returns to
